鼻饲用药在百草枯中毒患者治疗中的探讨

【摘要】目的:探讨百草枯中毒抢救中服药的护理措施,以提高药物使用的有效性,降低其死亡率。方法:我院2005年-2008年收治30例百草枯中毒患者,在医生的指导下进行综合护理措施的同时,观察组16例患者留置胃管鼻饲药物,对照组14例患者采用常规口服给药。结果:观察组72小时内出现肺部损害及72小时内死亡率低于对照组。结论:在百草枯中毒的抢救中,鼻饲药物可提高药物使用的有效性,减轻患者的痛苦,促进患者配合治疗,从而降低早期死亡率。

【Abstract】Objective: In the discussion paraquat poison rescue takes medicine the nursing measure, enhances the medicine use the validity, cuts its mortality rate.
