【摘要】目的:探索欣普贝生在妊娠晚期促宫颈成熟的应用及护理。方法: 对245例在妊娠晚期应用欣普贝生促宫颈成熟的孕妇加强严密观察及护理护理, 总结经验。结果: 欣普贝生促宫颈成熟和足月引产效果好,不良反应少。结论:只要正确掌握使用方法,加强用药期间的护理,普贝生可明显提高宫颈成熟度及自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率,对提高产科质量具有较大的意义。
