【摘要】糖尿病不是一个单一的疾病,而是一组常见的内分泌、代谢综合症,是有多种遗传和环境因素共同作用引起的一种慢性高血糖状态,临床表现以高血糖为主要标志,血糖控制不当会导致严重的大血管及微血管病变导致各种累及脏器的并发症,严重威胁病人健康。

    【Abstract】Diabetes are not sole disease, but is group of common endocrine, metabolism syndrome, has one kind of chronic hyperglycemia condition which many kinds of heredities and the environmental factor combined action cause, the clinical manifestation take the hyperglycemia as the outstanding feature, the blood sugar control not, when will cause the serious trunk and the capillaries pathological change causes each kind to implicate internal organs’ complication, threaten seriously patient health.
