【摘要】目的:观察坎地沙坦酯治疗老年阵发性心房颤动的临床效果,以及对左心房功能的影响。同时探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ在房颤发生机制中的作用。方法:老年阵发性心房颤动患者89例,随机分为两组,比较坎地沙坦酯治疗组和安慰剂对照组对心房颤动的转复率和再发生率的影响,对转复为窦性心律维持率的影响以及对左房功能的影响。结果:治疗组心房颤动的转复率明显高于对照组,再发生率明显低于对照组,窦性心律的维持率明显高于对照组,对比差异有显著性。治疗组左心房功能较治疗前有明显改善,对比差异有显著性。结论:坎地沙坦酯能够有效提高房颤的转复率,有效降低房颤再发生率,提高窦性心律的维持率。改善左房功能。
