【摘要】目的 : 观察血必净注射液辅助治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法: 将240例患者随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组各120例。2组均采用综合治疗,包括抗菌、抗病毒及对症支持治疗。治疗组在上述治疗基础上给予血必净注射液治疗,2组疗程均为3d。结果: 2组总有效率分别为96.67%和86.67%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论: 血必净注射液辅助治疗小儿外感发热可显著提高综合疗效。
