【摘要】腰椎间盘突出症是脊柱外科最常见的疾病,目前治疗方法很多,臭氧髓核消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,近几年该技术在国内得到了迅速的发展,腰椎间盘突出症是常见病、多发病,青壮年发病率高。由于腰椎间盘突出症的临床表现和影像学表现复杂多样,目前尚没有任何一种单一的治疗方法可以治愈所有不同病程、不同类型的腰椎间盘突出症。
