【摘要】妊娠12周胎儿成形,但小而软,对子宫颈无压迫作用,而绒毛已发展成胎盘组织,对子宫壁的附着力显著增强,加上宫颈不成熟,人工流产术时增加了难度,延长了手术时间和增加了受术者的痛苦。米非司酮因其抗孕激素作用,近年来临床多用于终止妊娠。
