【摘要】目的:定岗助理护士规范化培训对基础护理质量的影响。方法:采用问卷调查,对定岗助理护士规范培训前后的基础护理合格率,病人对基础护理的满意度进行调查,结果显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:定岗助理护士规范化培训能有效提高基础护理质量,提高护士的职业形象及提高护士的综合素质。
