【摘要】目的:在临床护理中实施护患沟通,防止护患纠纷的发生。结果:通过护患沟通在护理工作中的应用,从沟通的必要性、沟通的前提、沟通的方式、沟通时掌握的原则、沟通的形式、沟通的内容等几方面分析,肯定护患沟通的重要。结论:护患沟通适应医学模式,符合患者的心理需求,是医患沟通的桥梁,护士通过换位思考,提供优质服务,融洽护患关系,使护患沟通得到保证。
