【摘要】艾滋病一种病死率极高的慢性传染病,随着我国艾滋病感染者和艾滋病人数量的上升,大部分地区精神病医院均收住了数量不等的艾滋病精神病患者。使我们面临着职业感染及病人之间交叉感染的危险,同时也会增加社会传播的风险。对艾滋病精神病患者的治疗、防护是医务有员要面对的一个崭新的课题。如何制定一套有效的防范措施控制院内院外的感染与传播已显得十分必要。
