【摘要】产科的服务对象关系到两条生命,是一个技术要求高、风险大,事故发生率高,易发生纠纷的科室。随着社会和经济的发展,保证护理工作的安全实施成为医院工作的重点。因此,查找并分析产科护患纠纷发生的原因,采取相应措施减少、化解护患纠纷,对纠纷作出正确及时的处理,保证母婴安全是十分必要的。
