【摘要】儿科的患儿年龄小,病情变化快,以及儿科工作的特殊性,医疗纠纷也较多,护理管理中易存在薄弱环节。因此在儿科护理管理中应强化安全意识,重视风险意识教育,使儿科护理工作更安全、快捷、有效,最大限度降低医疗护理事故的发生。

    【Abstract】Department of pediatrics’s baby age is young, the condition changes quickly, as well as the department of pediatrics work’s particularity, the medical dispute are also many, in the nursing management easy to have the weak link. Therefore should strengthen the safety consciousness in the pediatric nursing management, takes the risk awareness education, causes the pediatric nursing work to be safer, to be quick, is effective, maximum limit reduces the medical care accident’s occurrence.
