【摘要】目的:分析果洛州久治县细菌性痢疾的流行趋势和特征。方法:通过对2004年-2009年从国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统获得的细菌性痢疾报告卡进行统计、分析。结果:2004年-2009年果洛州久治县法定报告细菌性痢疾发病率为59.84/10万-191.73/10万,年平均发病率为92.34/10万.结论:细菌性痢疾流行与传播因素的广泛性,为今后久治县防治肠道传染病工作的重点之一。
