【摘要】胆道疾病的患者多属于迷走神经过敏型。尤其是阻塞效胆管炎的老年患者,由于长期胆道病变的影响,患者体质条件差,反应迟钝,胆道炎症,胆管内压增高,胆汁淤积,胆色素,胆酸在血中的浓度增高,这些迷走神经兴奋性物质极易引起迷走反射。

    【Abstract】The biliary duct disease’s patient belongs to the fan to be distracted passes through sensitively. Especially blocking effect cholangitis’s old age patient, because the long-term biliary duct pathological change’s influence, the patient physique condition is bad, the slow reaction, the biliary duct inflammation, the bile duct intrinsic pressure advances, the bile siltation, the bile pigment, the cholic acid in blood density markup, these fans is distracted after the excitability material is extremely easy to cause confuses the reflection.
