【摘要】腰椎间盘脱出症又名“腰椎间盘纤维环破裂症”,其原因主要是椎间盘自身退行性变,椎问盘有发育上的缺陷,常以急慢性劳损与受寒,而临床上以腰椎受到压缩性冲击和腰部反复受损纤维环逐渐破裂为常见。近五年来,我们采用针灸加中药雾化疗法治疗腰间盘脱出症230例,收到良好的效果。
