【摘要】目的:探索缩短手术时间,减少胆囊切除术手术并发症的改进方法。方法:采取改良胆囊切除术切除胆囊162例,并进行随访观察0.5-1年。结果:手术时间明显缩短,出血量少,除一例胆总管结石残留外,无副损伤发生。结论:改良胆囊切除术能有效减小术中出血,简化手术过程,缩短手术时间,提高手术安全性避免副损伤发生 ,是一种理想的术式。

    【Abstract】Objective:The corrective method of exploring to shorten surgery time and reduce gallbladder excision methods surgery complication. Methods:To adopt the improvement method of gallbladder excision to cut gallbladder 162 cases and carry out observation for more or less one year .Results:The surgery time abbreviates obviously and the volume of blooding besides only one case of remaining choledoch stone . Conclusions:The corrective method of gallbladder excision is an ideal surgery manner which could reduce the volume of blood effectively , simplify the surgery progress , shorter surgery time and surgery security to avoid the occurrence of vice-damage . ......
