【摘要】疼痛是临床护理中最常见、最重要的征象与症状,是病人最痛苦的感受,是不舒适的最高形式。疼痛可给患者的心理及精神带来巨大压力,也可使病情加重。手部毁损伤是一种严重的急性创伤,疼痛是手部毁损伤主要的伴随症状,疼痛控制是手部毁损伤治疗的重要组成部分,做好疼痛护理对缓解患者的紧张情绪、改善预后有重大意义。
