【摘要】目的:分析45眼白内障小切口囊外摘除术患者后囊破裂的经过,结果:拔核时8例,娩核时13例,吸取皮质时18例,人工晶体植入时6例。结论:晶状体后囊破裂是囊外白内障摘除术中常见的并发症,可发生于诸多步骤,谨慎操作可降低其发生率;发生后囊损伤不仅影响术后视力,而且手术时间廷长,增加患者痛苦,避免损伤晶状体后囊膜,对人工晶体的植入致关重要,直接影响术后视力。
