【摘要】创伤是人体受到外界各种创伤性因素引起的皮肉筋骨脏腑都组织结构的破坏,及其带来的局部和全身性反应。人体是一个内外统一的整体,皮肉裹于外,筋骨连续于内,任何创伤都会引发人体内外失衡,引起气血、营卫、脏腑、经络等一系列功能紊乱。创伤初期的治疗至关重要,治疗得当可以迅速恢复人体内外平衡,促进病人正气恢复.使正胜邪退。目前,大多数人认为初期治疗应以活血化瘀为主,然而我们认为创伤初期运用清热解毒,通络养脉的治则治法,亦可平衡人体各项功能,促进患者早日康复。

The wound initial period’s treatment is very important, the treatment appropriate may restore inside and outside the human body to be balanced rapidly, promotes the patient healthy tendency restoration. Causes the victory to draw back evilly. At present, most people thought that the initial period treatment should invigorate the blood removing extravasted blood primarily, however we thought that the wound initial period utilization clearing heat and detoxication, passes winds raises the arteries to govern, then governs the law, may also balance human body each function, will promote the patient soon to be restored to health. ......
