【摘要】目的:探讨宫腔镜联合B超在取出困难节育器中的应用价值。方法:对79例在我院门诊或外院常规取器失败者,宫腔镜联合B超取出困难节育器。结果:79例困难节育器在宫腔镜下成功取出77例。结论:宫腔镜联合B超取出困难节育器具有微创、快速、安全、准确的优点。

    【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of removing IUD by hysteroscopy and B ultrasound in difficult cases. Methods:79cases,who had been underwent routine extraction and in our clinic or other hospital and failed .were applied hysteroscpy and B ultrasound and extractal it out. Results:Of the 79 cases ,It was extracted out successfully in 77cases. Conclusions:Removing IUD with hysteroscopy and B ultrasound in difficult cases is a trivial,fast, safe and exact method.
