【摘要】目前经皮穿刺胆道引流术(PTCD)已广泛应用于梗阻性黄疸的治疗,为姑息性治疗及术前胆道减压、改善肝功能,奠定良好的基础。对提高病人的生命质量,延长病人的寿命,提高手术成功率有很大的帮助。

    【Abstract】At present passes through skin puncture biliary duct drainage (PTCD) has widely applied in the obstruction jaundice’s treatment, before to appease the treatment and the technique, the biliary duct reduced pressure, the improvement liver function, lays the good foundation. To improves patient’s life quality, lengthens patient’s life, raises the surgery success ratio to have the very big help.
