【摘要】目的:总结介绍慢性硬脑膜下血肿微创引流术后护理重点及经验,提高慢性硬脑膜下血肿的救治、护理水平,降低伤残率,死亡率。 方法:采用YL-1型碎吸针,对慢性硬脑膜下血肿行规范的微创穿刺引流手术,术后常规护理,引流术重点护理。结果:本组病例162例,血肿数185个,全部病人治愈,治愈率100% 。结论:术后正确、规范的护理技术是微创术治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的重要环节。
