【摘要】目的:探讨胸腹水涂片诊断间皮瘤误诊的原因。方法:对我院胸膜间皮瘤患者的病史回顾,并进行HE和免疫组化标记。结果:Calretinin(+) HBME-1(+) Vmetin(+)。诊断胸壁恶性肿瘤(结合免疫组化倾向恶性间皮瘤)。结论:误诊原因有多种,经验技术病史和对间皮瘤的认识。
