【摘要】目的:观察准分子激光角膜上皮磨镶术治疗高度近视的临床疗效。方法:58例116眼,术前近视屈光度-6.75D~-12.00D,散光0~-3.00D。应用20%酒精浸润20-25秒后制作角膜上皮瓣,准分子激光切削,术毕行上皮瓣复位,随访1年。结果:术后患者均有明显刺激症状,较LASIK重,口服止痛药可缓解。术后3月视力≥0.8,68眼(58.62%),≥1.0,48眼(41.37%)术后1年的视力≥0.8,45眼(38.79%),≥1.0,71眼(61.20%)。结论:LASEK手术的预测性、安全性、稳定性较好,拓宽屈光手术的范围。但手术刺激症状较重,以至再次手术较困难,需待进一步改进提高。

    【Abstract】Objective: Observes the accurate molecular laser epithelia corneal to rub inlays the technique treatment highly nearsightedness’s clinical curative effect. Methods: 58 example 116, before the technique, shortsighted diopter - 6.75D~-12.00D, astigmatism 0~-3.00D. Conclusion: The LASEK surgery’s predictability, the security, the stability are good, expand the refraction surgery’s scope. But the surgery stimulation symptom is heavy, down to the surgery is once more difficult, must treat further improves the enhancement. ......
