【摘要】目的:探讨青光眼滤过手术持续性浅前房的原因及处理效果。方法:选择我院2005~2008年住院的112例120眼青光眼滤过手术患者。对28例28例眼持续性前房的原因进行分析及治疗观察。结果:28例28眼持续性前房,主要原因为滤过引流过畅引起。采取保守治疗及前房注入年黏弹剂等方法,收到满意效果。结论:找出青光眼滤过手术持续性浅前房的原因,并采用积极有效的治疗措施,可达到预防及治疗的目的。
