     【摘要】目的:超声诊断外伤性脾破裂的临床价值。方法:回顾超声诊断17例外伤性脾破裂检查结果,并与临床、术后病理诊断进行对照。结果:超声诊断17例外伤性脾破裂,经手术治疗13例,保守治疗4例。结论:超声诊断外伤性脾破裂的诊断率高,检查迅速且无痛苦、无创伤,可作为外科急症首先的检查方法。
