【摘要】后交叉韧带(PCL)是维持膝关节稳定的重要结构,损伤较为少见,PCL断裂者表现为上下楼梯困难,严重者行走时出现软跪及关节不稳定症状,日后很难避免引起膝关节退行性变、膝关节炎等,给生活带来诸多不便。

    【Abstract】The latter overlapping ligament (PCL) is maintains the knee joint stable important structure, the damage is rarer, the PCL break performance is difficult for the high and low staircase, serious walks when appears kneels softly and the joint unstable symptom, will be very in the future difficult to avoid causing the knee joint degeneration, the gonitis and so on, brings many inconveniences to the life.
