【摘要】目的:探讨辨证分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:治疗组采用辨证分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症、分型治疗;对照组采用不分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症。结果:两组间临床疗效及对患者临床症状、体征的影响。治疗组治疗时间短、治愈率明显高。结论:结合中医辨证分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症:在牵引的前提下,根据不同证型配合药物治疗、拨罐、药物薰蒸并及时配合运动疗法进行康复治疗是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的较好方法。
