贵州凤冈锌硒茶中锌元素的存在形态(1)

     【摘要】本文对贵州凤冈茶中微量元素锌的含量、初级形态及次级形态进行了研究。微量元素Zn的初级形态(可溶态和悬浮态)用0.45μm滤膜将浸泡液分成可溶态和悬浮态。微量元素Zn的次级形态(离子态和非离子态,有机态和无机态,络合态和非络合态)分别通过强酸性阳离子交换树脂、AmberliteXAD-2大孔网状树脂、D-401螯合树脂分离,再通过感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定各种形态下元素的含量。

    【Abstract】This article to Guizhou Fenggang tea in the trace element zinc’s content, the primary shape and the secondary shape has conducted the research. The trace element Zn primary shape (may dissolve condition and suspended state) divides into with 0.45μm the filter diaphragm the steep may dissolve condition and the suspended state. Trace element Zn secondary shape (ion condition and non-ionic condition, organic condition and inorganic condition, complexing condition and non-complexing condition) through the strong acid cation exchange resin, the AmberliteXAD-2 pocket lattice resin, the D-401 chelated resin separation, (ICP-OES) determines under again separately each kind of shape through the inductive coupling plasma emission spectroscopy the element content ......
