【摘要】强直性脊柱炎是一种以中轴关节慢性炎症为主的原因不明的全身性疾病,其病理表现主要是关节滑膜部位慢性炎症,针对其病理改变,采用针刀疗法为主的综合治疗,通过对局部病变组织进行直接剥离松解,缓解椎间力学动态平衡失调,调整脊椎应力,减轻区域组织内压,从而恢复机体的动态平衡。对于改善患者的活动情况,提高患者的生活质量,减低致残率有明显作用。
