【摘要】在临床影像诊断工作中,消化系统异物较常见,我院接诊的病人中大多来源于在押犯人,他们为逃避法律的追究,常吞食异物,以此得到从宽处理,但他们吞食的异物大多为金属异物,X线检查很容易诊断。本文报道的是临床罕见的异物,其异物为毒品海洛因。为谋取暴利,毒贩采用了人们意想不到的方法进行毒品藏匿,以便宜运输,逃避缉毒人员的检查,其方法为人体内藏毒,本文就其人体内藏毒的X线诊断进行分析。
