【摘要】小儿的年龄范围在出生至12岁之间,小儿麻醉是指12岁以下病人的麻醉,小儿在解剖、生理和药理与成人差别大,麻醉有一定的特点,我院于2009年1月～2010年8月共施行小儿臂丛神经阻滞43例,取得了良好的麻醉效果。

    【Abstract】Young child’s age scope in the birth to 12 years old, the young child anaesthesia is refers to below 12 years old patient’s anaesthesia, the young child in the dissection, the physiology and the pharmacology and the adult difference is big, the anaesthesia has certain characteristic, my courtyard ~2010 year in August altogether executes a young child arm clump of nerve in January, 2009 to hinder 43 examples, has made the good anaesthesia progress.
