舒适护理干预在肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道反应中的应用

【摘要】目的:探讨舒适护理干预对恶性肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道反应的影响。方法:将130例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组对照组接受常规治疗和护理,观察组实施舒适护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后胃肠道反应的发生情况。结果:通过对患者采用舒适护理干预措施的观察,所有患者均顺利完成化疗。干预组的肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道反应发生率明显低于对照组。与对照组比较, P<0.05。结论:舒适护理干预有助于降低恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间胃肠道反应反应,提高了化疗期间的生活质量,提高了护理质量。
