【摘要】颅脑损伤致上消化道出血又称Cushing溃疡,其机制一般认为是丘脑及其下部或脑干结构受到原发性或继发性损害,或在应激状态下植物神经调节功能紊乱所致。应激性上消化道溃疡出血是颅脑外伤后常见的严重并发症,死亡率高达30%～50%,是神经外科医疗护理工作中的一项难题,严密观察病情、精心护理、及时防治对提高患者生存率具有重要意义。
