【摘要】目的:探讨国产格列齐特缓释片的体外释放特性。方法:用国产格列齐特缓释片参照《中国药典》2000年版二部所收栽的格列齐特片的溶出度测定方法,采用pH8.6的磷酸盐缓冲液1000ml为释放介质,转蓝法,每分钟150转。结果:测得2、4、10h的累积释药量分别为26.95%、47.40%和93.12%。结论:该片剂处方较为合理,可为糖尿病患者提供一个服用次数少,药效稳定,副作用小的新剂型。
