【摘要】双额叶脑挫裂伤是一种较为严重的闭合性脑损伤,但入院时,患者意识障碍往往较轻,若因此放松观察,就会因病情多变且迅速,使病情恶化而导致死亡。所以密切观察病情,在抓住手术的最佳时期,治疗双额叶脑挫裂伤中显得特别重要。

    【Abstract】The double temporal lobe brain frustrates the lacerated wound is one kind of more serious closed brain damage, but is hospitalized time, the patient realizes the barrier to be often light, if therefore relaxes the observation, because the condition will be changeable and is rapid, causes the aggravation of disease to cause the death. Therefore observes the condition closely, in holds surgery’s best time, treats the double temporal lobe brain to frustrate in the lacerated wound appears specially important.
