护理交班记录本在耳鼻喉科的应用

【摘要】耳鼻喉科病房床位周转快,病人住院时间短,一般为择期手术,病人入院后即行术前检查,且生活自理能力强,经常不在病房,导致一些治疗护理不能在本班落实,需要交给下一班执行。而有时因交接不清或记错有可能导致护理缺陷及差错的发生。为杜绝因交接班不清而发生的护理缺陷、差错,我科自2008年起借鉴李彩霞等交接班记事本,自制护理交班记录本应用于临床中,有效杜绝和减少了护理缺陷和医疗隐患,增强了工作主动性,提高了护理质量。
