【摘要】现代创伤中多发伤发生率高,具有伤情复杂、病情变化快、并发症多、死亡率高的特点。在早期抢救过程中,采取VICSO程序的急救护理,能使抢救工作紧张而有序,使患者得到迅速、准确、有效的急救,提高抢救成功率。

    【Abstract】In the modern wound sends the wound formation rate to be high, has the state to be complex, the condition changes, the complication to be many quickly, mortality rate high characteristic. In the early rescue process, adopts the VICSO procedure first aid nursing, can cause the rescue work to be anxious, but the order, enables the patient to obtain rapidly, accurate, the effective first aid, raises the rescue success ratio.
