【摘要】通过我科全体护理人员的努力,我们终于迎来了护理锦旗两面,护理表扬信8封,患者满意的从90.5%上升至98%护患纠纷明显减少,我们从细节做起,从而贴近患者,而且护士综合素质有了很大幅度的提高,护理人员的个人价值从尊重中得到了升华。

    【Abstract】Through my branch all nursing staffs’ endeavor, we welcomed nursing multicolored silk banner both sides satisfied finally, nursing commendatory letter 8, the patient from 90.5% rises to 98% has protected the trouble dispute obvious reduction, we started from the detail, thus drawing close to patient, moreover nurse the overall quality had the very great scope enhancement, nursing staffs’ individual value obtained the sublimation from the respect.
