【摘要】护理质量的改进是医院管理的重要组成部分,它直接影响医院的经济效益、社会形象和临床医疗质量。病区护士长又是护理质量控制的主要力量。护士长日常工作安排直接影响对病区护理质量的控制,但护士长的角色是多元的,大量的日常事务影响护士长对病人的了解及交流。

    【Abstract】Nurses the quality the improvement is the hospital management important component, its immediate influence hospital economic efficiency, society vivid and clinical medical quality. Ward master is also nurses the quality control the main strength. Head nurse routine work arrangement immediate influence to ward nursing quality control, but head nurse’s role is many Yuan, the massive everyday concerns affect head nurse to the patient the understanding and the exchange.
