     【摘要】为提高医疗服务质量,提升医院服务品位。在提倡以人为本、人性化服务的当今,医院的服务品种和质量呈多元化,服务的分工越来越细,质量要求也越来越高。为了更好的服务患者,减化就医环节,导诊工作应运而生。无缝隙服务是现代护理管理的新突破,主要目的是保证护理的连续性和完整性。使患者在门诊就医中能够快捷安全完成就医。
