【摘要】目的:探讨有效抢救口服有机磷农药中毒病人的方法。方法:迅速洗胃,合理使用解毒药物,密切观察病情变化,周密细致的护理。结果:34例急性有机磷农药中毒,成功32例,上转1例,死亡1例。结论:针对急性有机磷农药中毒,如果救治及时,措施得力就能提高治愈率,降低死亡率。

    【Abstract】Objective: Discusses the effective rescue oral administration ganophosphorus pesticide poisoning patient’s method. Methods: The rapid gastric lavage, uses the disintoxicating medicine reasonably, observes the condition change closely, thorough careful nursing. Results: 34 example acute ganophosphorus pesticide poisoning, succeeds 32 examples, on transfers 1 example, dies 1 example. Conclusion: In view of acute ganophosphorus pesticide poisoning, if treats and cures promptly, the measure efficient can raise the cure rate, cuts the mortality rate.
