【摘要】目的:探讨心胸外科大手术后患者出现ICU综合征的原因及护理措施。方法:对15例心胸外科大手术后,在外科ICU监护期间出现的被动攻击行为、焦虑谵妄等精神症状进行分析总结。结果:疾病本身的威胁、多种治疗与监测、环境、心理等多因素综合可导致ICU综合征的发生,并针对性采取相应护理措施,取得了良好的临床效果。结论:提供耐心细致的护理、创造舒适良好的环境、给予适时有效的镇痛镇静能够有效预防ICU综合征的发生、缓解其精神症状,促进康复。
