【摘要】通过采取以上对策,护理纠纷明显减少。护理纠纷应本着“预防为主”的原则,防患于未然。一旦发生,护患双方应保持冷静和克制,切忌冲动和过急行为,以免矛盾激化,妨碍问题解决。护理人员应本着实事求是的态度,诚恳地向病人家属检讨自己的错误,承担责任,善于示弱,以取得谅解和同情。对应负的责任遮遮掩掩、躲躲闪闪,会使事态扩大。
