【摘要】目的:探讨腹腔镜微创手术治疗异位妊娠的优越性。方法:抽取我院2007年9月-2010年6月腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠各38例进行分析比较。结果:腹腔镜术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间与开腹组有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜微创手术治疗异位妊娠,尤其是早期异位妊娠,安全、有效、痛苦少、术后恢复快、腹部无瘢痕等优点。
