【摘要】目的: 通过对结肠气钡双重造影同步排粪造影的X分析探讨其诊断价值。方法 :对86例便秘患者行结肠双重造影同步排粪造影检查。结果:直肠前突者32例,直肠粘膜脱垂及直肠内套叠13例,乙状结肠疝6例,会阴下降到11例,盆底痉挛综合征3例,骶直分离症2例,耻骨直肠肌肥厚3例,其他(包括器质性病变)5例。结论: 结肠双重造影同步排粪造影对功能性出口便秘有重要的诊断价值。
