【摘要】胫腓骨是长管状骨中最常发生骨折的部位,约占全身骨折的13.7%。胫腓骨骨折的治疗目的是恢复小腿的承重功能,防止发生膝踝关节劳损。带锁髓内钉为中央型内夹板式固定,在胫腓骨骨折的治疗中已得到了广泛的应用。

    【Abstract】The shin fibula is in the long tubular bone most often has the bone fracture spot, approximately composes the whole body bone fracture 13.7%. The belt locks in the marrow the nail to be fixed for in the central committee clamping plank type, obtained the widespread application in the shin fibula bone fracture’s treatment.
