【摘要】目的:研究脑卒中患者的康复期状态,并提出护理对策,促进康复。方法:对我院自2006年10月-2009年4月期间的97例脑卒中康复期患者制定护理计划,并实施全面准确的护理取得了良好成效。结果:通过积极配合医护人员的治疗和护理,使患者逐渐恢复各项自我功能,促进了病情的康复,缩短了病程,结论:全面、准确、有效、护理,及时帮助患者进行功能锻炼,减少了脑卒中患者的致残率,防止并发症的发生,增强患者的生活信心,提高了患者的生活质量,减轻了社会负担,值得推广!

    【Abstract】 [abstract]Objective: The research apoplexy patient’s convalescence condition, and proposes the nursing countermeasure, the promotion recovery. Methods: Period’s 97 example apoplexy convalescence patient works out the nursing plan to my courtyard from October, 2006-April, 2009, and implemented comprehensive accurate nursing to make the good progress. Results: Through coordinates medical care personnel’s treatment and nursing positively, makes the patient to restore each self-function gradually, promoted the condition recovery, reduced the course, the conclusion: Comprehensive, accurate, effective, nursing, helps the patient to carry on the function exercise promptly, reduced the apoplexy patient to cripple rate, prevented the complication the occurrence, heightened patient’s life confidence, improved patient’s quality of life, lightened the social burden, was worth promoting! ......
