【摘要】在急诊抢救病人时经常会碰到休克、中毒、多发伤等病人,大多数都烦躁不安,因病人休克、静脉塌陷以及血管严重损伤等导致外周静脉穿刺失败、固定困难等。而迅速建立良好的静脉通道是保证抢救病人成功的首要措施。
