【摘要】目的:做好高危妊娠的筛查、监测、管理,对降低母亲及围生儿的死亡率,病残儿的出生率有重要意义。方法:根据高危妊娠评分标准,对2006年元月至2009年12月间孟轲乡卫生院围生期保健门诊产前检查的1167名孕妇进行筛查登记,监测并追踪管理。结果:2006年至2009年孕产妇及围产儿死亡率均为0。结论:做好高危妊娠的筛查,监测与管理,可降低孕产妇及围生儿的死亡率。
